Congregational and General Insurance Company Plc with its registered office at Currer House, Currer Street, Bradford BD1 5BA, United Kingdom, has transferred its entire non-life insurance portfolio to International Insurance Company of Hannover SE with its registered office at Roderbruchstrasse 26, 30655 Hannover, Germany.
According to information received from the British supervisory authority, contracts with policyholders in Austria might also be affected. Policyholders and insured persons are advised about the existence of a termination right pursuant to Article 31 para. 2 of the Insurance Supervision Act 2016 (VAG 2016; Versicherungsaufsichtsgesetz 2016).
