Domestic & General Insurance Plc with its registered office at 23-27 Swan Court, 11 Worple Road, Wimbledon, London SW19 4JS, United Kingdom, intends to transfer parts of its non-life insurance portfolio to Domestic & General Insurance Europe AG with its registered office in Hagenauer Straße 44, 65203 Wiesbaden, Germany.
According to information from the British supervisory authority contracts with policyholders in Austria are also affected.
Pursuant to Article 31 para. 2 of the Insurance Supervision Act 2016 (VAG 2016; Versicherungsaufsichtsgesetz 2016) insurance policyholders also have a termination right.
