The FMA has granted approval for ERGO Versicherung Aktiengesellschaft, with its registered address in Vienna, to transfer its Czech branch establishment’s (D.A.S. právní ochrana, pobočka ERGO Versicherung Aktiengesellschaft pro ČR, Vyskočilova 1481/4, Michle, 140 00 Praha 4) portfolio of legal expenses insurance contracts to Generali Česká pojišťovna a.s. with its registered office in Prague (Czechia) by means of an administrative decision dated 11 March 2026.
