Generali Versicherung AG with its registered office at Adenauerring 7, 81737 München intends to transfer part of its insurance portfolio in non-life insurance by way of a demerger to Dialog Versicherung AG with its registered officer at Adenauerring 7, 81737 München.
The remaining non-life insurance portfolio should be transferred to AachenMünchener Versicherung AG with its registered office at AachenMünchener-Platz 1, 52064 Aachen by way of a merger.
According to information from the German supervisory authority (BaFin) contracts with insurance policyholders in Austria are affected. There is no termination right for insurance policyholders as a result of the transfer pursuant to Article 31 para. 4 of the Insurance Supervision Act 2016 (VAG 2016).
