Golden Arches Insurance DAC with its registered office at Third Floor, The Metropolitan Building, James Joyce Street, Dublin 1, Ireland, has transferred parts of its non-life insurance portfolio to Zürich Versicherungs-Aktiengesellschaft with its registered office at Sitz Leopold-Ungar-Platz 2, 1190 Vienna, Austria. The portfolio transfer became effeective on 30.11.2024. According to information from the Irish supervisory authority, contracts with policyholders in Austria are also affected.
A termination right exists for policyholders pursuant to Article 31 para. 2 of the Insurance Supervision Act 2016 (VAG 2016; Versicherungsaufsichtsgesetz 2016).
