The Moorgate Insurance Company (previously Pohjola Insurance Company) intends to transfer its entire non-life insurance portfolio to Bothnia International Insurance Limited. QBE Insurance (Europe) Limited also intends to Transfer part of its non-life insurance portfolio to Bothnia International Insurance Limited.
