QBE Insurance (Europe) Limited with its registered office at Plantation Place, 30 Fenchurch Street, London EC3M 3BD, UK intends to transfer parts of its non-life insurance portfolio to QBE Europe SA/NV with its registered office in Regentlaan 37, 1000 Brussels, Belgium.
According to information received from the British supervisory authority contracts with policyholders in Austria are affected by this portfolio transfer.
Policyholders are reminded about a general termination right pursuant to Article 31 para. 2 of the Insurance Supervision Act 2016 (VAG 2016).
