Reliance Mutual Insurance Society Limited, has transferred its entire life insurance portfolio to LCCG New LifeCo Limited. The portfolio transfer becomes effective on 30.06.2018.
According to information received from the British supervisory authority, this also includes policies held by policyholders or insured persons in Austria.
Policyholders are reminded about the existence of a general termination right pursuant to Article 31 para. 2 of the 2016 Insurance Supervision Act (VAG 2016; Versicherungsaufsichtsgesetz 2016).
