Royal & Sun Alliance plc with its registered office in St Mark’s Court, Chart Way, Horsham, West Sussex, RH12 1XL, United Kingdom intends to transfer parts of its non-life insurance portfolio to RSA Luxembourg S.A. with its registered office at 19, rue de Bitbourg, L-1273, Luxembourg.
According to information received from the British supervisory authority contracts with policyholders in Austria are affected by this portfolio transfer.
Policyholders are reminded about a general termination right pursuant to Article 31 para. 2 of the Insurance Supervision Act 2016 (VAG 2016).
