Standard Life Assurance Limited with its registered office at Standard Life House, 30 Lothian Road, Edinburgh EH1 2DH, United Kingdom, has transferred parts of its life insurance portfolios to Standard Life International DAC with its registered office at 90 St. Stephen’s Green, Dublin 2, Ireland.
The portfolio transfer became effective on 29.03.2019.
According to information from the British supervisory authority, this includes contracts with insurance policyholders or insured persons in Austria.
Pursuant to Article 31 para. 2 VAG 2016 a termination right exists for insurance policyholders.
