Standard Life Assurance Limited with its registered address at Standard Life House, 30 Lothian Road, Edinburgh EH1 2DH, United Kingdom, intends to transfer parts of its life insurance portfolio to Standard Life International DAC with its registered address at 90 St. Stephen’s Green, Dublin 2, Ireland.
According to information from the British supervisory authority, contracts with policyholders in Austria may also be affected.
Policyholders are reminded about a general termination right pursuant to Article 31 para. 2 of the Insurance Supervision Act 2016 (VAG 2016).
