Travelers Insurance Company Limited with its registered office at 23-27 Alie Street, London, E1 8DS, United Kingdom, intends to transfer parts of its non-life insurance portfolio to Travelers Insurance DAC with its registered office at Third Floor Europa House, Harcourt Centre, Harcourt Street, Dublin 2, Ireland.
According to details received from the British supervisory authority, contracts with policyholders or insured persons in Austria are among those affected.
Policyholders are reminded about a general termination right pursuant to Article 31 para. 2 of the Insurance Supervision Act 2016 (VAG 2016).
