UNIQA poisťovňa, a.s. (UNIQA SK) with its registered office at Krasovského 15, 851 01 Bratislava, Slovakia, has transferred its entire life insurance portfolio and non-life insurance portfolio by way of a merger to UNIQA pojišťovna, a. s. (UNIQA CZ) with its registered office at Evropská 136/810, 160 12 Prague 6, Czechia. The portfolio transfer was approval by the competent authority, the National Bank of Slovakia (Národná banka Slovenska) in an administrative decision dated 25.08.2021 and became effective on 31.08.2021 following its entry into the Czech Commercial Register (Registered office of the acquiring entity).
According to information received from the Slovakian supervisory authority, this also includes policies held by policyholders or insured persons in Austria.
