Youplus Insurance International AG with its registered office at Austraße 14, 9495 Triesen, Liechtenstein, has transferred its entire life insurance portfolio by way of a merger to YOUPLUS Assurance AG with its registered office at Austraße 14, 9495 Triesen, Liechtenstein. The portfolio transfer became effective as of 29.12.2021.
According to information from the supervisory authority in Liechtenstein, the portfolio also contains contracts with insurance policyholders or insured persons in Austria.
