The FMA advises that Zurich Assurance Ltd (The Grange, Bishop Cleeve, Cheltenham, Gloucestershire GL52 8XX) intends to transfer some of its life assurance contracts to Rothesay Life plc (Level 25, The Leadenhall Building, 122 Leadenhall Street, London EC3V 4AB). According to information received from this undertaking, this also includes policies held by policyholders or insured persons in Austria.
