By means of an administrative decision dated 14 October 2025, pursuant to Article 29 para. 1 of the Insurance Supervision Act 2016 (VAG 2016; Versicherungsaufsichtsgesetz 2016) the Austrian Financial Market Authority (FMA) approves the transfer of the entire insurance contracts portfolio for occupational group insurance by ERGO Versicherung Aktiengesellschaft (Commercial Register no. FN 101528g) to DONAU Versicherung AG Vienna Insurance Group (Commercial Register no. FN 32002m) at the end of 31.12.2025.
A termination right exists for insurance policy holders pursuant to Article 31 para. 2 in conjunction with Article 95 of the Insurance Supervision Act 2016 (VAG 2016; Versicherungsaufsichtsgesetz 2016).
