The Austrian Financial Market Authority (FMA) hereby announces that it has prohibited the marketing in Austria of membership packs of “Aladin Capital AG” (now “Swiss Dynasty Trust AG”) pursuant to Article 47 para. 9 no. 1 of the Alternative Investment Funds Management Act (AIFMG; Alternative Investmentfonds Manager-Gesetz) published in Federal Law Gazette I No. 135/2013, in the currently applicable version.
