The Austrian Financial Market Authority (FMA) hereby announces that pursuant to Article 47 para. 9 no. 1 of the Alternative Investment Fund Managers Act (AIFMG; Alternative Investmentfonds Manager-Gesetz) published in Federal Law Gazette I no. 135/2013 as amended, it has prohibited the marketing of packages with the service description “high performance multi-mining, high-frequency trading and Aeternumcoin“ in Austria by “Corporate Energy Solution Ltd.” The administrative decision is not legally final.
