The Austrian Financial Market Authority (FMA) announces that it has prohibited the further marketing in Austria of units in the foreign alternative investment fund (AIF) “Eurazeo Digital IV – Compartment I” and “Eurazeo Growth Fund IV – Compartment I”, managed by the alternative investment fund manager (AIFM) “EURAZEO GLOBAL INVESTOR” in accordance with Article 31 paragraph 4 in conjunction with Article 50 paragraph 2 no. 5 of the Alternative Investment Fund Managers Act (AIFMG; Alternative Investmentfonds Manager-Gesetz), published in Federal Law Gazette Vol. I No. 135/2013 as amended.
