On 14 October 2021, the FMA published the new FMA Circular on Prospectus Supervision for public consultation pursuant to Article 22 para. 3a of the Financial Market Authority Act (FMABG; Finanzmarktaufsichtsbehördegesetz). Following the end of the consultation procedure on 26.11.2021 all opinions received in relation to the consultation procedure will be published on the FMA website.
