The approval of the registration that was granted by means of an administrative decision by the Austrian Financial Market Authority (FMA) dated 04.06.2020 for ATIRA GmbH (Commercial Register (Firmenbuch) no. FN 475059 t), with its registered office at Schützengasse 1/3, 1030 Vienna, as a virtual asset services provider pursuant to Article 32a para. 1 of the Financial Markets Anti-Money Laundering Act (FM-GwG; Finanzmarkt-Geldwäschegesetz), and which provides the exchanging of virtual currencies into fiat currencies and vice versa (Article 2 no. 22 lit. b FM-GwG), was revoked by means of an administrative decision by the Austrian Financial Market Authority (FMA) dated 04.11.2021.
The registration was revoked due to a large number of severe breaches or breaches of duty against the provisions of the Financial Markets Anti-Money Laundering Act (FM-GwG).
