This provider does not have an authorisation for distribution of cloud mining packages in Austria, which are classified as an alternative investment fund (AIF) under the Alternative Investment Fund Manager Act (AIFMG).
The basis for this publication is Article 47 para. 12 of the Alternative Investment Fund Managers Act (AIFMG; Alternative Investmentfonds Manager-Gesetz).
