The Banque of France advises to carefully consult the official registers, blacklists and alerts of ACPR and AMF (“Autorité des Marchés Financiers”) and to be careful with the resurgence of financial scams on the Internet, especially on social networks or by phone and to be vigilant against the risk of identity theft. Systematically check that the person or company that solicits you is authorized to offer these products (banking products or services, insurance contracts or financial products).
