Pursuant to Article 22c para 1 no. 2 of the Financial Market Authority Act (FMABG; Finanzmarktaufsichtsbehördengesetz (FMABG), the Austrian Financial Market Authority (FMA) may disclose information about the name of the persons or entities upon whom the sanction was imposed, as well as information about the sanction imposed that is enforced for breaches inter alia of Article 60 para. 1 no. 1 of the Alternative Investment Fund Managers Act (AIFMG; Alternative Investmentfonds Manager-Gesetz).
Following its announcement in the Digital Official Journal of the Republic of Austria on 16.09.2026, the FMA hereby informs that

was instructed by means of an administrative decision dated 27.08.2026 to cease the unauthorised management of an alternative investment fund pursuant to Article 60 para. 1 no. 1 in conjunction with Article 2 para. 1 no. 1 AIFMG.
