In an administrative decision dated 29.04.2024, the Austrian Financial Market Authority (FMA) approved the merger of the investment firm Raiffeisen Salzburg Invest GmbH (as the transferring entity), Commercial Register no. FN 133117k, with the management company Raiffeisen Kapitalanlage-Gesellschaft m.b.H. (as the acquiring entity), Commercial Register no. FN 83517w.
The merger was entered in the Commercial Register (Firmenbuch) on 03.09.2024. As a result of the lapsing of Raiffeisen Salzburg Invest GmbH arising from the merger, the entity’s licence also lapses. Raiffeisen Kapitalanlage-Gesellschaft m.b.H. as a management company holds an additional licence pursuant to Article 5 para. 1 no. 3 of the Investment Funds Act 2011 InvFG 2011; Investmentfondsgesetz 2011), which authorises is to conduct portfolio management pursuant to Article 4 para. 2 no. 2 of the Securities Supervision Act 2018 (WAG 2018; Wertpapieraufsichtsgesetz 2018).
