The Austrian Financial Market Authority (FMA) may notify the public by way of publication on the Internet, or in a newspaper with nationwide circulation that a named natural or legal person is not authorised to perform certain investment services transactions (Article 3 para. 2 nos. 1 to 4 WAG 2018), provided that this person has given cause for such action and informing the general public, and is reasonable with regard to any disadvantages suffered by the affected parties.
By publication in the official gazette “Amtsblatt zur Wiener Zeitung” on 27.04.2019, the FMA hereby informs that

is not entitled to provide investment services in Austria that require a licence. The provider is therefore not permitted to provide commercial portfolio management in relation to financial instruments (Article 3 para. 2 no. 2 WAG 2018).
