Tokio Marine Kiln Insurance Limited with its registered office at 20 Fenchurch Street, London EC3M 3BY, United Kingdom and HCC International Insurance Company Plc with its registered office at 1 Aldgate, London EC3N 1 RE, United Kingdom, intend to transfer parts of their non-life insurance portfolio to Tokio Marine Europe SA with its registered office at 33, rue Sainte Zithe, L-2763 Luxembourg.
According to information received from the British supervisory authority, policies held by policyholders in Austria are also affected.
Policyholders are reminded about the existence of a general termination right pursuant to Article 31 para. 2 of the 2016 Insurance Supervision Act (VAG 2016; Versicherungsaufsichtsgesetz 2016).
