Endurance Worldwide Insurance Limited with its registered office at 1st Floor, 2 Minster Court, Mincing Lane, London EC3R 7BB, United Kingdom intends to transfer part of its non-life insurance portfolio to SI Insurance (Europe), SA with its registered office at 40, avenue Monterey, L-2163 Luxembourg.
According to information received from the British supervisory authority, policies held by policyholders in Austria are also affected.
Policyholders are reminded about the existence of a general termination right pursuant to Article 31 para. 2 of the 2016 Insurance Supervision Act (VAG 2016; Versicherungsaufsichtsgesetz 2016).
