The EU values required for performing threshold calculations for systematic internalisers (total number of concluded trades, Transaction volumes) are available for the first time since 01.08.2018 equity, equity-like instruments and bonds.

These EU values cover the period from 03.01.2018 until 30.06.2018.
On the basis of these figures the affected credit institutions are required to perform the first threshold calculations by 1 September 2018, and from then onwards are also subject for the first time to the applicable obligations, provided that they exceed the relevant thresholds (including a notification to the FMA that it is deemed to be a systematic internaliser (SI)).
