The European Securities and Markets Authority (ESMA) has published three statements about current investor protection topics: the results of the Common Supervisory Action 2020 on
- Markets in Financial Instruments Directive II (MiFID II) suitability requirements,
- Special Purpose Acquisition Companies (SPACs) and
- Payment for Order Flows (PFOF).
