This provider is not authorised to conduct banking services in Austria that require a licence and is not authorised to accept funds from other parties for the purpose of administration or as deposits (deposit-taking business) in accordance with Article 1 para. 1 no. 1 of the Austrian Banking Act (BWG; Bankwesengesetz) and to conclude money-lending agreements on a commercial basis and to extend monetary loans (lending business) in accordance with Article 1 para. 1 no. 3 BWG.
We advise that there is a risk of confusion with a previously licensed market participant.
