The Austrian Financial Market Authority (FMA) has approved the merger of BAWAG P.S.K. Versicherung AG (Commercial Register no. FN 86678v) as transferring undertaking into Generali Versicherung AG (Commercial Register no. FN 38641a) as acquiring undertaking in an administrative decision dated 17.06.2025 pursuant to Article 29 para. 1 of the Insurance Supervision Act of 2016 (VAG 2016; Versicherungsaufsichtsgesetz 2016).
