A licence was granted to CONVEX Experts GmbH (Commercial Register no. FN 476763y) to act as an investment firm pursuant to Article 3 WAG 2018 in an administrative decision on 1 March 2019. The entity is authorised in accordance with its application for a licence to provide investment advice on a commercial basis, portfolio management, as well as the receiving and transmitting of orders in relation to financial instruments pursuant to Article 1 no. 7 lits. a to d, h and i WAG 2018 effective from 1 June 2019.
