In an administrative decision dated 30.12.2025, INVEST-CON Finanzconsulting GmbH (Commercial Register no. FN 235116i) was granted a licence as an investment services provider pursuant to Article 4 of the Securities Supervision Act 2018 (WAG 2018; Wertpapieraufsichtsgesetz 2018). The existing licence held as an investment firm pursuant to Article 3 WAG 2018 has been progressively relinquished in return for being granted a licence as an investment services provider. Following the entry into force of a condition precedent on 16.03.2026 INVEST-CON Finanzconsulting GmbH is authorised to conduct investment advice on a commercial basis as well as the receiving and transmitting of orders in relation to financial instruments pursuant to Article 1 no. 7 lits. a and c WAG 2018.
