In an administrative decision dated 13 December 2019 MKP Invest Gesellschaft mbH (Commercial Register no. FN 519051k) was granted a licence as an investment firm pursuant to Article 3 of the Securities Supervision Act 2018 (Wertpapieraufsichtsgesetz 2018 – WAG 2018). Following its admittance to the Anlegerentschädigung für Wertpapierfirmen GmbH (AeW) from 01 January 2020 it is authorised to provide investment advice on a commercial basis, portfolio management, as well as the receiving and transmitting of orders in relation to financial instruments pursuant to Article 1 no. 7 items a to j WAG 2018.
