The Austrian Financial Market Authority (FMA) has declared in an administrative decision dated 05.12.2025 that the licence granted to Manfred F. Hollenstein on 25.05.1999 as in investment services provider has lapsed on 30.11.2025 following its being relinquished pursuant to Article 6 para. 3 of the Securities Supervision Act 2018 (WAG 2018; Wertpapieraufischtgesetz 2018) in conjunction with Article 7 of the Austrian Banking Act (BWG; Bankwesengesetz).
