AXA ART Insurance UK SE with its registered office at Colonia-Allee 10-20, 51067 Köln, (prior to moving its registered office at: 106 Fenchurch Street, London EC3M 5JE) has been merged into AXA ART Versicherung AG with its registered office at Colonia-Allee 10-20, 51057 Köln. The merger took place on 31 August 2018.
According to information from the German supervisory authority contracts with policyholders or insured persons in Austria are also affected.
Pursuant to Article 31 para. 4 of the Insurance Supervision Act 2016 (VAG 2016; Versicherungsaufsichtsgesetz) there is no termination right for insurance policyholders in the case of a portfolio transfer by way of universal succession.
