Tokio Marine Kiln Insurance Limited with its registered office at 20 Fenchurch Street, London EC3M 3BY, UK and HCC International Insurance Company Plc with its registered office at 1 Aldgate, London, EC3N 1RE, UK have transferred parts of their non-life insurance portfolios to Tokio Marine Europe SA with its registered office at 33, rue Sainte Zithe, 2763, Luxemburg. The portfolio shall become effective as of 01.01.2019.
According to information from the British supervisory authority, contracts with insurance policyholders or insured persons in Austria are also affected.
Policyholders are reminded about a general termination right pursuant to Article 31 para. 2 of the Insurance Supervision Act 2016 (VAG 2016).
