Financial Assurance Company Limited with its registered office at Building 6, Chiswick Park, 566 Chiswick High Road, London, W4 5XR, United Kingdom and Financial Insurance Company Limited with its registered office at Building 6, Chiswick Park, 566 Chiswick High Road, W4 5XR London, GB has transferred its entire life insurance portfolio to AXA France VIE with its registered office at 313 Terrasses de l’Arche, 92727 Nanterre Xedex, France by way of a merger. The portfolio transfer becomes effective at latest on 01.01.2019.
According to information from the British supervisory authority contracts held by policyholders in Austria are also affected.
Where universal succession exists, termination rights do not exist for policyholders pursuant to Article 31 para. 4 of the Insurance Supervision Act 2016 (VAG 2016; Versicherungsaufsichtsgesetz 2016).
