W.R. Berkley Europe AG intends to merge with W.R. Berkley Insurance (Europe) SE. Both companies have their registered office at Städtle 35a, 9490 Vaduz, Liechtenstein. According to information received from the supervisory authority in Liechtenstein, policies held by policyholders in Austria are also affected. However in this instance no termination right pursuant to Article 31 para. 2 VAG 2016 exists for policyholders, since it is a merger (by way of universal succession).
