AXA Lebensversicherung AG with its registered office at Colonia-Allee 10-20, 51067 Cologne, Germany, intends to transfer part of its life insurance portfolio to myLife Lebensversicherung AG with its registered Office at Herzberger Landstraße 25, 37085 Göttlingen, Germany.
According to information received from the German supervisory authority policies held by policyholders in Austria are also affected.
Policyholders are reminded about a general termination right pursuant to Article 31 para. 2 of the Insurance Supervision Act 2016 (VAG 2016).
