The Congregational and General Insurance Company Plc plans to transfer its entire non-life insurance portfolio to International Insurance Company of Hannover SE.
According to the information received from the British supervisory authority, the portfolio may also include contracts with insurance policyholders or insured persons in Austria. Policyholders and insured persons are advised about the existence of a termination right pursuant to Article 31 para. 2 of the Insurance Supervision Act 2016 (VAG 2016; Versicherungsaufsichtsgesetz 2016).
