1) Zilveren Kruis Ziektekostenverzekeringen N.V. is intended to be merged with Zilveren Kruis Zorgverzekeringen N.V.;
2) Zilveren Kruis Zorgverzekeringen N.V. is intended to be merged with Achmea Zorgverzekeringen N.V.;
3) Achmea Zorgverzekeringen N.V. intends to transfer its entire portfolio in insurance class 2 (sickness) to OZF Zorgverzekeringen N.V.; the portfolio also contains risks from the alternative to statutory social insurance;
4) OZF Zorgverzekeringen N.V. intends to transfer its entire portfolio in insurance class 2 (sickness) to Achmea Zorgverzekeringen N.V..
According to the information received from the Dutch supervisory authority, this may also include contracts with insurance policyholders or insured persons in Austria. Policyholders and insured persons are advised about the existence of a termination right pursuant to Article 31 para. 2 of the Insurance Supervision Act 2016 (VAG 2016; Versicherungsaufsichtsgesetz 2016).
