AmTrust Europe Limited with its registered office at 10th Floor Market Square House, Saint James’s Street, Nottingham, Nottinghamshire, NG1 6FG, Great Britain has transferred parts of its non-life insurance portfolio to AmTrust International Underwriters DAC with resgistered office at 6-8 College Green, Dublin 2, D02 VP48, Ireland. The portfolio transfer became effective on 31 July 2020.
According to information from the British supervisory authority, contracts with insurance policyholders in Austria are also involved.
Pursuant to Article 31 para. 2 of the Insurance Supervision Act 2016 (VAG 2016; Versicherungsaufsichtsgesetz 2016) a termination right exists for the policyholders.
