Following the entry into the Commercial Register on 12 August 2020, the investment firm SUPRIS Investment-Service GmbH (as the absorbing company) has merged with MPM Beteiligungs GmbH (as the transferring company). The administrative decision issued by the FMA about the merger was legally delivered on 7 July 2020.
