Aviva Insurance Limited with its registered office in Pitheavlis, Perth, PH2 ONH, Scotland, United Kingdom plans to transfer a part of its non-life insurance portfolio to Aviva Insurance Ireland DAC with its registered office at One Park Place, Hatch Street, Dublin 2, Ireland.
According to information received from the British supervisory authority contracts held by insurance policyholders in Austria are also affected.
Policyholders are reminded about a general termination right pursuant to Article 31 para. 2 of the Insurance Supervision Act 2016 (VAG 2016).
