QBE Insurance (Europe) Limited with its registered office at Plantation Place, 30 Fenchurch Street, London EC3M 3BD, UK, has transferred parts of its non-life insurance portfolio to QBE Europe SA/NV with its registered office at Regentlaan 37, 1000 Brussels, Belgium.
The portfolio transfer became effective as of 01.01.2019.
According to information received from the British supervisory authority contracts held by insurance policyholders in Austria are also affected.
Policyholders are reminded about a general termination right pursuant to Article 31 para. 2 of the Insurance Supervision Act 2016 (VAG 2016).
