AXA ART Versicherung AG with its registered office at Colonia-Allee 10-20, 51067 Köln, Germany, has transferred its entire non-life insurance portfolio to XL Insurance Company SE with its registered office at XL House, 8 St. Stephen’s Green, Dublin 2, Ireland. The portfolio transfer became effective on 31.12.2019.
According to information received from the German supervisory authority, this also includes policies held by policyholders or insured persons in Austria.
