Martinsurance dac with its registered office at Third Floor, Metropolitan Building, James Joyce Street, Dublin 1, Ireland, has transferred its entire non-life insurance portfolio to White Rock Insurance (Europe) PCC Limited in respect of cell A45 with its registered office at White Rock Exchange Building, Territorials Street, Mriehel, BKR 3000, Malta. The portfolio transfer became effective on 31.01.2020.
According to information received from the Irish supervisory authority, this also includes policies held by policyholders or insured persons in Austria.
A termination right exists for insurance policy holders pursuant to Article 31 para. 2 of the Insurance Supervision Act 2016 (VAG 2016; Versicherungsaufsichtsgesetz 2016).
