Hiscox Insurance Company Limited with its registered office at 1 Great St Helens, London, EC3A 6HX, UK, has transferred parts of its non-life insurance portfolio to Hiscox S.A. with its registered office at 35F, Avenue J.F. Kennedy, L – 1855 Luxembourg.
The portfolio transfer was effective as of 01.01.2019.
According to information received from the British supervisory authority contracts held by insurance policyholders in Austria are also affected, in particular contracts with the branch establishment in Austria with its registered office in Teinfaltstraße 8, 1010 Vienna.
Policyholders are reminded about a general termination right pursuant to Article 31 para. 2 of the Insurance Supervision Act 2016 (VAG 2016).
